Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are packed with care and processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of receiving your order. You will automatically receive a track & trace code once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
The delivery times below apply from the moment your parcel has been shipped:

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Carriers
We ship our parcels via PostNL and DPD. The carrier may differ from one order to another.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email so you can follow your parcel.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it. To do so, email info@hlvn.store with your order number. After this window, or once your order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.
Incorrect address
Please check your address details carefully at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
