Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers and agreements between HLVN and the customer via hlvn.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly from the actual product on your screen. Images are for illustration purposes.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices.
4. Orders and payment
An agreement is concluded once we have confirmed your order. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Liability
HLVN is not liable for indirect damage or damage resulting from improper use of the products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the order concerned.
8. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
