At HLVN we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) received the product.
Return conditions
- The product is unworn and undamaged;
- The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging;
- Any tags and protective covers are still attached;
- The return is registered within 30 days of receipt.
How to return
- Register your return via info@hlvn.store, including your order number.
- You will receive instructions and the return address from us.
- Return the product with sufficient postage. Keep your proof of shipment.
Please note: the cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product.
Defective or incorrectly delivered products
Did your product arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Please contact us within 14 days at info@hlvn.store. We will resolve it for you at no cost.
